Please call us for a RMA number prior to returning any shipment or any item from a shipment. All returns should be shipped in the box and packing they were originally shipped in, including all manuals, cables, registration cards and support software. All returned orders, except large servers and monitors, are to be shipped via UPS regular ground (not COD). Items must be retunned within 30 days for a refund or credit. There is a 20% restocking fee for all returned equipment.
